This is the set I played before the main event, that night.
On New Years Eve, I played two parties. One was opening up for Nophi artists: R. Garcia and Mic Mell at The Peacock Room. That set is available here.
The other was a private home party of my friend Betsy. That set wasn’t recorded.
The next morning, with only a mild hang over, I played this mix for the few people that stayed over her house that night. Mixed while drinking fresh, home made Bloody Marys. Its a straight ahead downtempo mix, perfect for New Years Morning.
