This mix starts out meditative and a little dubby. And keeps your head nodding until the very end. That is, until it turns on you about half way through and ups the glitch ante. Then your head nodding, turns into some well placed sonic face slaps. Don’t cringe, its good for you!
This was my first set of the night. The second set can be found in another post. The mix draws from tracks that I put in other mixes. It was done during a time when I was toying with the idea of creating mixes from mixed segments… In other words, piecing together other mix segments into a new mix… sort of like William S. Burrough’s cut-up technique. Listening back to it now, I can hear parts of Meow Mix and Independent Thinker.
This one should leave you in weird place.

Track Backs and Pings
- 2 on Aug 2nd, 2007:

Contains one of my favorite Orb Tracks, Slug Dub (Lettuce Mix), as well as a spot of Jim Morrison, and a healthy portion of Cex. Even has a dope track from the the now defunct, Bad Orb label.
