The site’s servers, based in Amsterdam, were seized in a series of raids last week. It followed a two-year investigation by music industry bodies the IFPI and the British Phonographic Industry (BPI).
Didn’t use that one much. They were real pricks with their rules, from what I understand. Hard asses of the highest order, even for Admins of a private tracker. But I have written about the idiots at the BPI before.
Thanks for the heads up on this one Edwin.

yup. they were indeed jerks. i’d never known a private tracker to have SO MANY rules for what/how you could upload. in fact, they kicked me out a mere month ago for not keeping my ratio up. how could i? everything i tried to upload was ultimately rejected for one reason after the next! finally, i decided that what they offered wasn’t worth the time i had to spend adhering to their multitude of policies and procedures. reading this news, i’m glad i didn’t waste my time.
forward THIS port, oink!
